The data controller is Tommaso Marrocco, VAT No. IT03353380599, who can be contacted at [email protected]. I collect data voluntarily entered in the website's forms: name, email, telephone number where requested, company or gym, project type, affiliate application and message. For Numen Affiliates introductions, I may receive only the minimum professional details of the contact person and interested gym, together with the context of the inquiry.
I use the data to respond to inquiries, assess potential cooperation and, for an authorized introduction by an Affiliate, contact the interested person and manage the related negotiations. For promotional email or telephone messages beyond responding to the introduction, I rely on consent or another legal basis required by law. I do not accept purchased lists, scraped data or promotional campaigns carried out through Affiliates without the prior authorization required by law.
When data comes through an Affiliate, I identify the source and make this notice available no later than the first contact. The Affiliate must be able to show that the contact person requested or authorized the introduction to Numen. Data is not sold or transferred as marketing lists.
Data is kept for the time needed to manage the inquiry and any related negotiations, subject to legal obligations or the need to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.
Data may be processed by technical providers supporting the website, email, hosting and tools needed to manage inquiries, within their roles and applicable instructions. It is not made public.
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and information about processing by writing to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
