Our supplier's turnstile arrives preconfigured, and the software is prepared to work with that device. Configuration, video-call training and support are handled remotely. No on-site Praesidium technician is required.

I have not bought a turnstile yet. Can you supply one?
Yes. We work with our supplier to choose the model best suited to your premises. It arrives programmed and configured for Praesidium.
I already bought a turnstile. Is it compatible?
Praesidium includes libraries for several common models. We check the model, controller and integration free of charge. If your installation is incompatible, we can consider a turnstile from our supplier.
My gym is far away. How does it work?
The turnstile arrives preconfigured for the software. Preparation, staff training and support take place remotely, wherever your gym is located. We guide you through connection and launch without requiring an on-site Praesidium technician.
How far ahead of opening should we start?
If you need a turnstile from our supplier, allow about a month after selecting the model. For more complex projects, starting up to six weeks ahead leaves time for production, configuration and testing before opening.
Will the app really carry my gym's brand?
Yes. The Praesidium product page already shows white-label apps published under gyms' own brands, including ARES Fitness.
How are staff trained?
Reception staff and managers are trained before opening on the workflows they will actually use: members, subscriptions and access management.
How does support work after opening?
Your gym has a contact who knows the configuration, hardware and project history. Direct support is also available through WhatsApp.
